Measuring & Reducing Emissions
In 2026, our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets were officially validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), confirming that our targets align with the 1.5°C global climate pathway.
Bayshore Specialty Rx commits:
- To reduce our absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG by 63% by 2035 from a 2023 base year.
- That 72% of our suppliers (by spend), covering purchased goods and services, will have science-based targets by 2030.
With SBTi validation, Bayshore Specialty Rx is committed to measuring and sharing progress annually to ensure accountability and transparency.

Reducing Waste
Bayshore Specialty Rx is actively working to reduce waste across logistics and distribution operations by adopting more sustainable approaches to packaging and shipping materials.
Through initiatives such as our Styrofoam cooler return program and the introduction of our Medi-Cold reusable packaging alternatives, we aim to support materials recovery, reduce reliance on single use items, and help divert waste from landfills.
Driving Continuous Improvement
Bayshore Specialty Rx partners with EcoVadis, a global leader in business sustainability assessments, to evaluate our business sustainability performance, identify potential risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement across four core themes: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
Through annual assessments, the EcoVadis framework provides a clear roadmap to help us strengthen our sustainability practices and drive continuous improvement over time.
